Released on Vertigo ''swirl'' label with inverted colours in a fully laminated, embossed cover.
The inner sleeve is black and repeats the cat. nr. in the top right corner.
A large colour poster was included (35x23.5 inches, largest).
Some copies (seen [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/1625321]here[/url]) omit track A3 on the label. This version has A3 printed on the release.
On the label the title is corrected and now reads ''Master of Reality'', as it should.
