No Cat# on sleeve, no Decca or London logo on sleeve.

Picture sleeves (as pictured) were available via the fan club. Club members could order this unique sleeve to house their UK copies in. These can be identified by a fold mark in the sleeve (usually just underneath "The Rolling Stones" text). This is because they were mailed in a smaller sized enevelope. This was also the case with https://www.discogs.com/release/22933625-The-Rolling-Stones-Lets-Spend-The-Night-Together however this time the fold tends to appear down the right hand side.

Apparently Have You Seen Your Mother, Baby, Standing In The Shadow? was also available to fan club members (although this is somewhat disputed).

The US picture sleeve for Honky Tonk Women was also available via the fan club, but this time it had both the London logo and US cat# printed on the sleeve. Yet again these have a fold mark usually found on the right hand side of the sleeve.
