Original UK release in front-laminated cover with 3 laminated and overlapped glue-tabs onto un-laminated back cover (aka 'flipback') that has black & white halftone and black text.
Rough-textured orange labels with playing speed shown as '33' on both sides.
Curved stamped runouts.
First cat.# on cover back & labels, 2nd on cover spine.
CBS monogrammed 'eye' logo on both cover front & back - and on labels.

No printer mentioned.
No box rule to track-list on sleeve back (unlike this nearly identical version: [r1318715]).
Matrix numbers on both labels appear incorrectly as "62575" instead of "62572".
