This variant has Howie Weinberg's HW in the dead wax on both sides.
There is no RL in the dead wax on this version, but liner credits still list Ludwig (RL) in the liner notes.

This variant is also similar to [r4661395], but this release is pressed at [l408779] instead of [l408781]
