Beside the French vinyl included, the cover clearly states, this is a German release:
On the front cover: "Einmalige limitierte Auflage" and "45 UpM." = Umdrehungen pro Minute.
On the rear cover: "Einmalige limitierte Auflage", but also Herausgeber: Phonogram GmbH, Hamburg.
At the runouts there are also some sign at the opposite side of the matrix, but hardly readable.
