Inner sleeve: heavy cardboard "Master Sound" inner sleeve with a gray pattern, the CBS logo, and M 373 at the bottom center. Inside the Master Sound inner sleeve is a second thin paper inner sleeve with a picture of a red veil blowing in the wind on one side, and the credits, lyrics, and diver photo on the other side.
Promotional edition reports some Japanese ideographs in the blue background at the top right, near the yellow rod.
