Includes insert with lyrics and publishing details, a facsimile of the original fan club leaflet, and a facsimile of the original UK white inner sleeve with rounded corners.

This version is also the one sent out to the buyers of the "New Career In A New Town" boxed set as a replacement for the "defective" record. It was not supplied with an outer sleeve, just a poly lined inner sleeve.

2017 is printed on centre labels and sleeve, but the LP wasn't released until February 2018.

Runouts are etched. In runouts, all Optimal plating symbols may be inverted (“⊥” vs “T”) and/or mirrored (“1△” vs “△↾”). Specifically: variant 1, side B: "4" is mirrored; variant 2, sides A and B: "5" in "15" is mirrored; variant 3, side A: 5 in "V5" is mirrored, side B: 5 in "1=5" is mirrored; variant 4, sides A and B: "2" in the Optimal symbols is inverted, e.g. "ᘔ"; variant 5, side A: "'91" is mirrored, side B: "T=S" is mirrored.
