This version is housed in a thin matte paper sleeve, unlike [url=https://www.discogs.com/Rolling-Stones-Almost-Hear-You-Sigh/release/8783236]this version[/url] which is housed in a thick, glossy card sleeve. The arched opening also overlaps the catalog number above the barcode on this issue, unlike the card sleeve issue. This sleeve has a far wider arch to the opening and the catalog number has been cut off.

It also has an alternate label layout, the differences are:
Different size and typeface for almost all text including rimtext, catalog number, track titles, band name, credits, copyright information etc.

Different locations of copyright information, catalog numbers, credits etc.

Label matrices underneath the catalog number are present on this version.

Some copies came with sticker which reads "Includes previously unavailable track & 'Mixed Emotions'" along with the 656065-7 catalog number.
