UK original pressing with a label variation and different, hand etched matrix details. "The PAS 10004 (YEX.865)" text on the side A label is enclosed in a white box, which is not present on other versions of the album (see photos for illustration of this difference).

Issued on custom Apple labels in a laminated sleeve with printed inner, poster and postcard.
Inner sleeve has credits in a spiral, with artist photos; flipside has lyrics in a 'starburst' style, printed black on non-punched, unlined white paper. "Patent No.1,125,555 Made In Great Britain".

The inner sleeve & label titles this release "Imagine: John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band (With The Flux Fiddlers*)"
