1) Upper right corner of front sleeve shows 'RCA LSP 2426' in red line boxed square (see image)
2) Upper right corner of rear sleeve shows original RCA-Victor cat# LSP 2428 with additional sticker underneath showing new Teldec system cat# 26.21010 (see image)

Track numbering is sequential on sleeve.
