Canadian originals are very easily discernible from their US counterparts despite no mention of country of manufacture anywhere on the label. This is seen in the large black 'E' on the label (as opposed to white on US copies) and a deep groove on the label, which make them very distinctive. This is also borne out by fellow label-mate releases of the same period - see Doors, Stooges, et al.

Regards the sleeve, USA manufactured sleeves were used for original Canadian issues as was commonplace for all Elektra releases around this time (see UK (Love first LP and Da Capo) and New Zealand issues for starters).

If black and white rear sleeves exist, they are almost certainly later.

To my knowledge, there is no Canadian Mono release.
