There's a commercial success star-medal "ZLATNA" (GOLDEN) printed on the front of the sleeve.
Made by PGP RTB in Yugoslavia. At the bottom of the back cover it reads "KČS 100", which tells that this edition was made for sale in Czechoslovakia.

This version has "I - 20000" printed on both labels, below the catalog no. 2220067.
