Includes a fold-out printed sheet of lyrics, hand written and then set out as a facsimile of 15 pages of note book size sheets, all viewed together and clearly in the songwriters hand.
Gatefold cover credits performer as Neil Young and Crazy Horse on the back only.
[B6] title appears as "Crippled Creek Ferry" on cover and on the lyric sheet, but as "Cripple Creek Ferry" on label.

This version is very similar to [r9422220] with the additional "A Warner Bros, Records U.S.A. Recording" credit at the bottom of both labels. On this version that credit is curved around the rim rather than straight across the label. This version also has the standard red Reprise logo on the Side 1 label, but a white Reprise logo on the Side 2 label.
