Track A3 was recorded live at the Joe Freeman Coliseum, San Antonio, Texas in November of 1977.
Tracks B1 and D3 were recorded live in Dallas, Texas in July of 1976.
Track B2 was recorded live at the San Antonio Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas in July of 1976.
Track C1 was recorded live at the Seattle Center Coliseum, Seattle, Washington in August of 1977.
