Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Laminated front and back cover, with small “stereo” on front gatefold cover. Inside flipback.

Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter. Includes “Sold in U.K. subject…” text and "℗ 1964." This label used between summer 1965 and summer 1969.

Discs came in sepia EMI LP advertising inner sleeve including Beatles 'Sgt Pepper's' LP and Pink Floyd's Piper at the Gates Of Dawn which had, of course, been released by the time this repressing was made as well as Scaffold's Live At The Queen Elizabeth Hall which was released in 1968.

LP jacket and label list Side 1/Track 7 as "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller).
