This version is a reissue with "All Rights Reserved.." in rim print that was not added to Capitol family labels (Harvest, Apple, etc.) until 1975. See [r367104] for pre-1975 rim print that includes Capitol logo and does not include "All Rights Reserved" text.

Text around the rim starts at 10 O'Clock and reads:
