1st mono pressing with no DG on 2nd side. LP has Plastylite “Ear” and RVG stamped into dead wax with 47 West 63 St labels on both sides.

Both this pressing and the 2nd side mono DG pressings are considered 1st pressings. Some collectors consider the non-DG pressing to be earlier since copies with "review copy" stamped on them exist, and around this time, Plastylite had newly installed new non-DG pressing equipment.

Nonetheless, both this and the 2nd side DG copies are from 1961 and both are considered 1st pressings.
