Comes with an obi strip a 4 page insert with liner notes by Koh Sakai along with the English lyrics transcriptions and a silver/mirror logo sticker sheet. The outer pages of the insert feature monochrome photo collages that are parallel to the inner sleeve bag of the North American and other foreign releases.
There is a red sticker on the top right of the jacket with the kanji characters mihonban(見本盤) as well as being printed on the label.
