Runouts include the crudely etched Santa Maria 'S', indicating that it was pressed at [l376197].
Printer no. '5' on the rear sleeve bottom right, indicating that the sleeve was printed at [l1093183], Terre Haute, IN.
As with other instances of this mark, the 'O' in runouts may be double stamped.

Of the two-eye red/white '60s U.S. Columbia mono pressings:
Earliest Mono pressings have 'Guaranteed High Fidelity' in the bottom half of label, with no MONO banner, and 'Nonbreakable' under the catalogue number to the left of the spindle. This label style is usually cited as 1962–63, so will not have been on this 1964 release for long.

• [r=9393829] – Plant unknown, 'Nonbreakable', printer no. '5' on rear, very unusual embossed label.

Next label style, cited as 1963–67, has a MONO banner in white, with "360 Sound" arrows either side. These appear with and without 'Nonbreakable' indication, the without probably being later.

Final 60s mono label style is 1967–70 and has only the word 'MONO' in the bottom banner, no arrows.
