This CD is part of a set of 4 special limited edition releases for 4 USA shops only (Target, Circuit City, Best Buy & independent music stores) exclusive to the USA.
This edition was specifically sold in independent music stores only, with an exclusive bonus track: Billie Jean (1992 Radio Edit Remix), which is aka the Four On The Floor Remix Radio Edit (same as on the Michael Jackson CD "Signature Series") remixed by Georgie Porgie. The sticker mistakenly lists the remix title as the "1982 Radio Edit Remix".
This release has a sticker with the new barcode, but the catalog number is the same as on all other versions.
Track CD-17 is not listed on the cover and does not have any credits listed.

• CD-11 to CD-15 are previously unreleased tracks produced exclusively for this 25th Anniversary Edition.
• CD-16 is an unreleased track from the original Thriller sessions.
• Original recordings began at 12 noon on Wednesday 14th April 1982 at Westlake Studio in Los Angeles with Michael Jackson & Paul McCartney recording The Girl Is Mine. Recordings concluded with the last day of mixing on Monday 8th November 1982.
• CD-11 to CD-15 recorded 11/07.
• CD-16 remixed on 10/07.
• Recorded at Westlake Audio, Los Angeles, CA. using the Acusonic Recording Process.
• Additional Sound Sources recorded at Ocean Way Recording Studios, Los Angeles, CA.
