Back in the days, the Korean govt censored popular music quite a bit in fear of promoting indecency, promiscuity, and drugs. Therefore under the license from WEA International, a Korean record company, Oasis rearranged tracks a bit and released it in 1979. Then later when the law became lenient, original tracks with the original jacket cover were released, which you can find them in the Discogs site.
