Early green label pressing with 'WB' logo, pressed by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute as indicated by 'T 1' in both sides' runouts.

This pressing has either the 'KD' (Kent Duncan) etching of Kendun Recorders or the Artisan Recorders logo stamp in one of the runouts, but not on both.

The labels have 'Produced by Bob Matthews and Betty Cantor in association with the Grateful Dead' on the labels but do NOT have the Executive Producer credit.

Very similar to [r=8684811] which has the Aristan logo in both runouts.

Rear cover slick pasted on upside down.
