Japanese pressing, rush-released after the TV special aired. Consequently, there are no English lyrics with this version, unusual for a Japanese release. Subsequent pressings came with lyrics. This version came with obi and 4-page insert with color portrait on one side, liner notes on the other.

For some odd reason, the Japanese decided to use the Madison Square Garden version of I Can’t Stop Loving You due to the tape being faulty during that song. However, this issue was fixed with the correct version from the actual show on the second Japanese pressing as well as the Quadraphonic version.
