Publishing Error Copy:

This pressing has the inner gatefold that was intended to be pasted to the outer sleeve that included the three aborted tracks, Take Me, Hooligan and Do You Love Me. There are 7 publishing credits (see photo) rather than the 6 credits listed on the common copy.

I have 5 copies with the alternate publishing (so far) and each vinyl has a different matrix and different center ring. That would lead me to believe that all the publishing error sleeves didn't all come from the same plant.
