LP Album Misprint Reissue Repress

Grey heavy cardboard gatefold sleeve with embossed printing, with openings for the records/inners on the outside.
Inners are same heavy grey cardboard as the sleeve.
One inner sleeve has four rounded corners and no die-cut center hole, the other has just one rounded corner and a die-cut round center hole.

Side B label is printed as "Side 1", with "2" written by hand on top.

Track C6 not listed on release.
