Released to promote the album "The Joshua Tree".
This set contains five 7" singles which are respectively housed in picture sleeves.
Each track from "The Joshua Tree" except "With or Without You" is represented on this release.

Two versions of this set were released.
One has plain white labels, with just plain text, and the Island Records logo at the bottom of the label.
The other version features a large grey "A" on the label behind the text.

This set includes 4 versions with the "A" label but Sampler No.1 has the plain text label. See photos.
This set does not come in a box.
