Nearly identical to [r8164348] PRC in every way, runouts, label layouts and jackets only difference being the pressing rings.
There are two pressing rings here, one smaller 1.5" and one larger 2.75"(see images).
The other PRC pressing of EKS-75064 has only one larger 2.75" pressing ring.

EKS 75064 on the jacket and label. 75064 appears on the spine.
Butterfly label with Warner Communications (WEA) logo in fine print on labels.
