Japan issue only in 1987 as a special edition picture disc, part of a serie of 3 picture discs reissue versions along with "The First Album" and "Like A Virgin". Complete with lyric insert, blue backing card and blue heart-shaped informative sticker on clear custom PVC outer sleeve.
