1966 black rainbow label with no "subsidiary" rim print pressed at the Scranton, PA plant.
After the catastrophe of [r1480760] the so-called "butcher cover", this was released with a new and innocent cover slick "pasted over", the so-called ''trunk cover'' . The sleeve pictured has been "peeled", the trunk cover slick removed to reveal the recalled "butcher cover", aka "third state". Value of these examples vary widely based on the resulting cover condition after the "trunk" slick is removed.

-A2, A4 and B1 are fake stereo mixes.
-Early pressings came with orange "Capitol '66" inner sleeve.
-Factory designator #2 is on lower right corner on back of jacket.
