First UK stereo release has "STEREO" printed slightly more to the left on both labels ("O" lined up with the right side of "N" in PARLOPHONE) and has the MT tax code embossed on the side 1 label (see pic). The MT tax code was in effect from January 1st, 1963 through June 30th, 1963.

Some pressings have "STEREO" printed slightly more to the right ("O" above "E" in PARLOPHONE) on both labels and has KT tax code embossed on the side 1 label.

Released in a gatefold sleeve that opens from the inside and with horizontal flipbacks in the centre spread.

First pressing. Black/yellow labels with silver lettering. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. “Recording first published 1964″ and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text.
