Discs are record-changer duplexed; sides A and D are on disc 1, and sides B and C are on disc 2. The track list on the sleeve, however, lists the disc one tracks first (labeled sides 1 and 4), followed by the disc 2 tracks, but reversed (labeled sides 3 then 2).

This version was lacquer cut at [l314985] and pressed by [l264131] as evidenced by ⧈-G-⧈ stamped and script CR etched in runouts (see image). This also has the wide indent and narrower inside pressing ring indicative of Cinram pressings of the period.

[r=10323127] is a similar version, but with a black circle on left side of front cover (under title): "2 records/disques" printed in white.
