[r3070607] has a different front jacket with the jacket back and the labels appear the same.
There are asterisks next to the registered trademarks footnoting them as such. The (Lp) trademark is footnoted with a cross indicating a pending trademark. These label features date these labels to 1949-1950. Green Masterworks labels are the first, these blue labels are the second.
Pressed by [l=Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Hollywood] identified by the raised stamp / stamped LA at the labels' edge.

These runouts are all raised stamped, as in impressed into the master wax. The LA's were added to the mothers to gain this configuration.
