Green-tinted jewel case with a clear, green-tinted tray and 8-panel foldout booklet.
This is the same version as the Canada release [r11373870], with the exception of 'CI' etched at the end of the matrix for the US release, and differing countries of manufacture on the back insert.

Album originally released in 1966, with just "The Mothers of Invention" as the artist.
This release keeps the original cover, but gives the artist on the spine as "Frank Zappa/The Mothers of Invention". In addition, both "Frank Zappa" and "The Mothers of Invention" are listed above the album title on the printed area of the disc.
