Issued with a custom inner sleeve with 7 photos printed on one side, blank on the other.

Labels have "AL" suffix suggesting a pressing from [l1432758] (AL signifying Audio, Lakewood). However:
Runouts have an etched "T1" leading the stamped matrices in the dead wax, indicating pressing from [l403953]. Press ring is consistent with that of a Terre Haute pressing (~2.7" diameter).
