Gatefold cover. Issued with 4 glossy photographs marked Printed in U.S.A. in circle at the bottom. In some copies these photos are unmarked on rear as to their place of origin.
Comes with a fold out poster with photos on one side and all song lyrics on the reverse. Poster says "Printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod and Lofthouse International Ltd.".

Embossed lettering (The Beatles) on the cover. No Numbering distribution identifier on front of jacket. Rear of jacket is completely clean of markings.
Glossy gate-fold jacket opens from the right hand side.

Original sleeves marked " PATENT Nos.1,125,555 MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN " and " PATENT Nos. 1125555 MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN "

("An E.M.I Recording") and 'Mfd. in U.K.' displayed on all 4 labels.

Credit for songwriters (under the track lists on labels) is in two lines on Sides A & B, and on one line on Sides C & D.
