Front cover has a gold stamp with the cat # MCA-1688, stamped at the top. Also on the front is a silver seal printed underneath the name of the band which has a star in the middle. The gold seal says "Specially priced Super Stars at Super Savings."

The cat # on rear bottom is MCA-37214. The cat # on the label is the second one, with a smaller set of #'s referring to original (AB-1006) underneath in parentheses.

The back of the sleeve lists the release date as 1977. The record label lists the release date as 1980. In the "Super Saver" circle on the front of the record label lists the release date as 1981.
