Original releases have a black RIM (commun version) or clear RIM with two oil spot (rarest version).
On both sides of this issue, inscribed on the vinyl in the dead wax, the machine stamped matrix numbers read the correct catalog# (PILPS 9733).
The handwritten etchings of the illegal release show the same catalog# of the regular black vinyl issue:
ILPS 9733 A - 1 - U - 1 (side a)
ILPS 9733 A - 1 - U - 1 (side b).

A breakdown of the three picture disc versions of this LP:

one authentic version (the present release) has a clear rim with the MACHINE STAMPED catalogue number in the runout preceded by 'PILPS'.

another authentic version [r3286187] has a black rim with the MACHINE STAMPED catalogue number in the runout preceded by 'ILPS' (not 'PILPS')

the pirate version [r2170344] has a black rim and the catalogue number in the runout preceded by 'ILPS" HAND ETCHED (not machine stamped)
