At the back sleeve there is a black circle at the top right corner and the word Stereo.

Side opening, gatefold sleeve with golden sticker "Deutscher Schallplatten Preis gestiftet vom fono forum".

Colourless embossed six digit number (beginning with '№') of individual copy on front cover.

From the innersleeve:
Electrola Gesellschaft M.B.H., Köln-Braunsfeld.
Printed and made in Germany by Heinrich Nicolaus G.m.b.H.

Contains a poster and cardboard pictures of the band members.

The cover (including the circle on the back) and catalog number are very similar to this release: [r9386366]
However, the vinyl is from a different cutting, which was first released in 1977 (e.g. on [r377084] ). The difference is most notable when comparing the width of the runout areas (esp. Side B). Also, labels on this release are in the 1977 style (albeit with the old 1C 192 cat. number).
