It was initially released in 1983. This release is part of the [l302839] and comes with an obi, priced at 定価 2,600円 (本体 2,476), with track listings written in Japanese. A folded sheet of lyrics in English and Japanese is included. The CD and back of the mini-LP cardboard gatefold sleeve have promotional symbols that translate to PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY—NOT FOR RESALE.

It uses the same artwork as the UK's original 1983 gatefold LP [r=27722].

Tracks 1, 8, 9 & 15 are studio recordings. All other tracks were recorded live in November 1982 at the Hammersmith Odeon, London.
