Released in a gatefold sleeve with a lenticular image on front and custom 'psychedelic' red and white printed inner sleeve.
The sleeve is printed Mono with catalogue number TXL 103 but has stickers on front and rear stating 'Stereo'.
This stereo version with track separation grooves has unboxed Decca green labels [FFSS] and the following differences to other similar editions:

Side A:
- Side indicator (1) to the left.
- Speed 33⅓ to the left.
- Catalogue number with dot: TXS.103
- Label matrix with dot and within brackets: (ZAL.8126)
- Publisher credits to Mirage Music and Gideon Music Inc.
- Non-italised writer credits.
- San-serif typeface for speed and side indicators, publisher, matrix number and credits.
- Bill Wyman credit slightly smaller than The Rolling Stones.

Side B:
- Side indicator (2) to the right.
- No speed 33⅓ indicator.
- Catalogue number with dot: TXS.103
- Inverted matrix number with dot and brackets: (ZAL 8127)
- Publisher credits to Gideon Music Inc.
- Non-italised writer credits.
- Sans-serif typeface for side indicator, publisher, matrix number and credits.
