1964 South African 14-track MONO LP on the dark blue Parlophone label [which has a similar design to the UK black & gold label], front laminated internal pocket flip-back picture sleeve (the inside of gatefold is printed with white background as opposed to black found on the early UK pressings)

This is for original pressings only with track A7 titled as just "Kansas City" (Leiber & Stoller)
Some or all copies misspelled as Lieber & Stoller,
The original LP sleeve listed the song as "Kansas City" (Leiber & Stoller)and published by Music Publ.Co of Africa.
