Sides A, C, and D were recorded in Canada.
Side B was recorded in the UK.

This version has RL in some of the runouts and Masterdisk in all of them.
The inside of the gatefold shows Mastered At Masterdisk N.Y.C. by Bob Ludwig and hence Mastered At is shown in the "Companies" section, whilst Mastered By is shown in the "Credits" section.

In the runouts, all characters up to and including EMD plus the word MASTERDISK are stamped, the remainder is etched.
