Stereo under Polydor
Track numbers are aligned to the left margin.
"Individual Record #." to the right of center hole
Side 1 etc. to the left of center hole.

Sleeve variation: Top loading sleeve with envelope
style flap over opening.
Embossed sleeve: The lettering is embossed on the flap.
and the box perimeter below.
The title is embossed in white lettering and can be difficult
to see from certain angles.
