Gatefold cover. A barcode sticker with copyright and distribution codes applied to the back cover, bottom right. There is not a "made in Holland" sticker on the back cover, as seen with shrinkwrap images for [r=13252979]

180 gram vinyl, housed in a die-cut black poly-lined dust sleeve.
