Original US stereo issue with Tri-color Reprise label. Very early stereo release, with a Mono sleeve that has been modified by a "stereo" sticker on the front panel (see the release photos). It seems likely Reprise had an overstock of Mono sleeves when the first stereo pressing was made, and decided to "repurpose" those sleeves.

Comes with a printed inner sleeve with photos of Reprise artists on one side, and a Reprise catalog on the other side.
