The release was originally issued in a gatefold sleeve glossy outside, semi-glossy inside, with the left spine printed and a plain black and white matte inner-sleeve. The right bottom of the rear of sleeve is reading a stamped logo, it was printed by Imp. Polygram whereas the inner-sleeve was printed by Montreuil Offset. The sleeve of this version was not stickered. The run-out grooves are stamped upside-down, so backwards.
A [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/621074]very similar french version[/url], the sleeve was also printed by Imp. Polygram, is reading an additional cutting engineer’s credit on the run-out grooves. The sleeve of a [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/11370483-The-Cure-Standing-On-A-Beach-The-Singles]second similar french version[/url] was printed by a different company, not Imp. Polygram as found credited on this one.
