First pressing of 160 copies on yellow marbled vinyl with printed center labels out of a total pressing of 1000 numbered copies.

Recorded live at Al's Bar, Los Angeles, CA on April 17th, 1982.

Track B5 misspelled as "Eagles"
Track B8 misspelled as "Green Hell"
Track B10 misspelled as "Bring Out Your Dead"
Track B11 listed as "Devilock" does not appear on release.

Sleeve stated "Plan 11 P.O.Box 859, New Plymoth,003855" and "Jacket made in New Zealand" but this actually came from an German source.
