Canadian release with US Export sleeve. These sleeves were made in the US, but for some reason got pulled & never released on the US market! Instead Capitol sent them to Canada & Scandinavia (Sweden & Denmark). In Canada the catalog number "5826" was blacked out on the sleeves, and a new cat number was added "1001". Only Canada and Scandinavia released this single with the original US sleeve.

The Capitol release has the Brother Records catalog number (1001) and also misspells engineer's Ken Lockert's name,
"Ken Lochert engineered it" on labels.
