Some copies have the red and white "A Collectible" hype sticker stating this is green vinyl but it is the black vinyl pressing.
Copies may come with the custom inner sleeve or generic white sleeve.

Includes reproduction of the original booklet in the gatefold that contains a page of other titles in the 50th Anniversary series.
