- catalog number is shown on labels and on a golden sticker applied to the spine
- silver sticker with label's address and registration on bottom of cover's back
- gatefold cover made of thick cardboard;
- the runout/matrix clearly indicates that a stamper from the 1976 [r=2113762] was used;
